  • Morguard (Real Estate Investment and Management Corporation with a substantial portfolio of assets valued at over $18 billion. Morguard owns a diverse range of properties, including retail, residential, office, industrial, and hotel assets) 
  • Mattamy Homes (North America's largest privately owned Homebuilder, with annual revenues exceeding $4.5 billion. Their activities included land development, residential and mixed-use construction, including master-planned communities).
